Our products include end-of-line styles, showroom samples, and items with minor imperfections. Each product page specifies the condition so you can shop with confidence.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the dimensions, weight, and delivery postcode of your order. We partner with specialized furniture couriers to ensure safe transit.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

As we offer significantly discounted outlet pricing, we do not typically offer returns for change of mind. Please measure your space carefully before completing your purchase.

Do you offer assembly services?

Most of our furniture is delivered fully assembled or requires minimal setup. Detailed assembly instructions are included where necessary, but we do not currently offer an in-home assembly service.
